Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing. It is this love and this salvation that we wish to fill our life so that we have peace.

The first vows of the 22 Salesian novices took place on Wednesday September 8, 2021. The celebration took place at "Our Lady of Clairvaux", Ivato. The Eucharistic celebration began at 8:30 am, presided over by Father Bizimana Innocent, Provincial of the Salesian Vice-Province of Madagascar and Mauritius. The promotion of St. John has chosen as its motto: "It is to the glory of my Father that you bear much fruit and become my disciples" (Jn 15, 8).

For this year 2020-2021, the activities of "FY DON BOSCO" took place from August 2 to 27, focusing on the theme: "animated by hope, behold, I make all things new" (Rev 21, 5). Every year, the Salesian world in Madagascar organizes holiday activities for young people in order to fight against idleness, because according to Don Bosco: "the holiday time is the time of harvest for the demons".

The reception of Sr Rafaraonisoa Blandine, the new provincial of Madagascar - Province "Mary source of Life" - was made at the provincial house of Antananarivo on August 6, 2021. It will be for a period of six years.
