The ascension of Jesus Christ to heaven is considered one of the days commanded to be sanctified. There are two aspects to the mystery being celebrated: first, Jesus has returned to the Father from whence he came, so that we can no longer see him; second, he sits at the right hand of God the Father and reflects the glory he had long ago. Diocese of Miarinarivo

Pope Francis has accepted the renunciation of the pastoral government of the Diocese of Miarinarivo, presented by H.E. Mgr Jean Claude Randrianarisoa. At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.

Love and Salvation
