God wants us to have peace and it is his Son, this child who has just been born, who brings us this peace. Are we inclined to follow this Light being born that assures us peace? How far does this glory of God that the angels sing? The glory that we contemplate in its fullness on the cross because it is this cross that is our salvation. The greatest joy, the true glory of God is the mystery we celebrate at Easter. Mary fully participated in this mystery, so let us never separate ourselves from her by contemplating with her the glory of God.

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
