Many people suffer from "malnutrition" due to the high cost of living; not only babies and children can be affected by this case but also adults. Sufficient food: can also include elements necessary for the body such as proteins, protids, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins; those listed provide components that improve the immune system and building blocks to create cells. Foods that contain these elements: meat, fish, eggs, milk, cereals, rice...
Baptism motivates the Christian to show gentleness, the courage to speak and exhort with love, to defend the truth. It is not right to bear the name of Christ but to live in wrong attitudes.
