There are 8 points that can teach children the skills to be independent, and 3 points to make them responsible, both of which are more focused on education. Competence means mastering a piece of knowledge that has been taught to a person and becoming a habit. Being independent doesn't wait for support from others, but looks for ideas to solve its own problems and applies what it has learnt to a situation. Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
