19 May - Raphaël-Louis Rafiringa was born on 1 May 1856 in the Mahamasina district of Antananarivo. His father having lost his first child, wanted to baptize his second son Rakotonirina, meaning the one who is desired. Nevertheless, the local witchdoctor forbade him to do so under penalty of misfortune and so he called his son Firinga, meaning dustbin in order to preserve him from misfortune.
The correction of people is important to harmonize society. The correction is a process that must take place following a judgment made by one or more people. Areas in which to practice correction include: family, school, administration and community. The correction, for the students, is a secondary explanation of the previous lessons. The correction must not cause prejudice to the person to whom it is addressed. If the “correction” between the family and the school goes well, it is easier to organize the community. The correction of a person must be in accordance with the rights of the data subject.
