At the same time, the Supreme Pontiff has appointed H.E. Mgr Marie Fabien Raharilamboniaina, as Apostolic Admnistrator sede vacante et ad nutum Sanctae Sedis of the same Diocese.

There can be two reasons for swollen feet: the first is the result of a blow or injury, and the second is water stagnating in the flesh of the foot. Foot swelling can occur at any age. In addition to the above-mentioned reasons, there are many others that cause swollen feet: poor circulation, malnutrition, filariasis and intolerance to other medications. Swollen feet should always be treated by a doctor. Swelling can also be the result of other illnesses such as varicose veins, kidney disease, heart disease...
