Wednesday, February 8, 2023 — Fifth Week in Ordinary Time — Odd Year — Your word, O Lord, is truth: consecrate us in the truth — Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark (Mk 7: 14-23)
It seems that the current situation is no longer compatible and unreasonable with the name "Christian"; believers are in a hurry to become Christians but they are not convinced to live it. It is perceptible to those who ask to proceed to receive the Sacrament of Baptism. Many are already living in hell because of the many problems that await them at home or in society: inheritance wars, rivalries, jealousy, hatred, poverty. Catechesis on the love of God, with Fr. It should be noted here that from the twelfth century, the conflict between the Church of the West and the East intensified, so that the main problem was the strength of politicians, both of whom used their power and strength. Thus, the Church was forced to leave and gradually separate under the control of Kings and Emperors, and tried to be independent, while taking many measures to condemn all those who follow false teachings, whatever they are.
