Work has been a natural norm for humans from the beginning, and it existed before the fall due to sin, so it was never a punishment or a curse. The synodal Church represents unity, solidarity in reaching a common goal. When you don't travel together, you get lost on the road; like the prodigal son who was exhausted because he had strayed from his family, and his elder brother had strayed from his father's communion. It is important to try to ensure that justice 'reigns' in everyone's life, and the law and these various writings help us to do this. As far as work is concerned, it must be done with love and in accordance with the law, so that conscientiousness is valued. Helping people to remain faithful to their faith is the effort that religious leaders must focus on to establish justice.
