The observance of the day of worship is one of the distinguishing marks of a person's religion. Here the Jewish Sabbath is called into question. The disciples of Jesus walked through the fields and plucked ears of corn, ate them because they were hungry. It is forbidden by law to harvest wheat on the Sabbath, the day of rest. Jesus did not want to break the law just for the sake of it. He wanted to change his outlook and his way of life: the law is not the most important thing, but life.

The king David, was already do the same. In the first book of Samuel 21, 2-7, he has transgressed the law but do not sin.The law is supposed to release not oppress. The Son of man comes to save not to condemn.

The sabbath, on Sunday, the day of the Lord, was a day of Life, a day of salvation and redemption. Thus, when life is in danger, the law must be relegated. So, let's look at Jesus, let's set with him the same goals, let's do our life a priority and let's focus on the essentials. Not only the biological life as human but especially the divine breath who is the germ of eternity.
