For, all people are in society, so the good of each depends on the "common good." All conditions in society are called "common good", helping individuals and organizations as a whole to achieve their goals. Pope Leo XIII said: every society needs a leader to control it; leaders are needed to bring people together. The role of a leader is to seek the "common good," to share each other's strengths and to help each other grow and develop. The character of God, the one who does not discriminate but cares for the needs of all, should be the character of a leader. Catechesis on Society according to God's design, in collaboration with Fr.
