May 31 is World No-Tobacco Day, when everyone is encouraged to stop smoking and stop buying cigarettes. The first cigarette was made by a beggar from Spain; cigars used to be chewed and then wrapped. Non-smokers, who are exposed to second-hand smoke in various places, can be affected by increasingly more serious illnesses than real smokers. It is possible to help people who want to stop smoking, both mentally and physically. The basics for quitting smoking: first, decide to stop smoking; second, stop buying; third, exercise breathing fresh air for 10 minutes every morning; fourth, clean your mouth, drink a glass of water every hour...

From our point of view as impartial judges, is it right for everyone to take a risk, even if it means killing someone else's life, even if it means destroying their life so that I can live more slowly in this life? Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr.
