May 31 is World No-Tobacco Day, when everyone is encouraged to stop smoking and stop buying cigarettes. The first cigarette was made by a beggar from Spain; cigars used to be chewed and then wrapped. Non-smokers, who are exposed to second-hand smoke in various places, can be affected by increasingly more serious illnesses than real smokers. It is possible to help people who want to stop smoking, both mentally and physically.
