10 December - John Roberts was born in 1577 in Trawsfynydd, a small village in Snowdonia, North Wales. Roberts was baptized in the Protestant faith in the local church of St Madryn but is believed to have received his early education from an elderly former monk who had been a member of the Cymer Abbey community.

In addition to providing for each other in the family, the virtue of smallness also creates mutual respect and appreciation for each other's talents. Having this virtue of smallness also creates peace of mind because he is following God's plan for his life. It also strengthens the faith of family members. Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
