May 31 is World No-Tobacco Day, when everyone is encouraged to stop smoking and stop buying cigarettes. The first cigarette was made by a beggar from Spain; cigars used to be chewed and then wrapped. Non-smokers, who are exposed to second-hand smoke in various places, can be affected by increasingly more serious illnesses than real smokers. It is possible to help people who want to stop smoking, both mentally and physically. The basics for quitting smoking: first, decide to stop smoking; second, stop buying; third, exercise breathing fresh air for 10 minutes every morning; fourth, clean your mouth, drink a glass of water every hour...
The Réseau des Formateurs pour l'Agriculture et le Développement Rural à Madagascar, or FARMADA, is continuing the process of standardizing its member training centers. It helps training centers, trainers and farmers who offer training courses to take advantage of the certification they already possess, by proceeding with the process of validation of acquired experience, or the VAE of this system today.
