Jesus is never insensitive to the sufferings of his people. But in his concern for the good of His people. He does not act alone even though he can do that. He calls out to the disciples, "How many loaves do you have?" It's the duty of pastors, of those in charge, to feed their sheep, their protégés. They have no excuse or pretext to shirk this duty no matter how many are under their responsibility. Jesus only asks them to do their best, He does not ask them the impossible.Jesus, in His leniency, knows how to perfect the little that is presented to Him.

On the other side, the citizens must comply with the organization's instructions so that everyone can get their share. Every human community needs rules in order to live in harmony, and this is even truer within the Church.
