Father Rakonka asked for two weeks from the people he owed money to and said he would pay back the money even if he was going to sell the land of his ancestors. As a result, he asked Anja to leave because he thought she brings bad luck. Even though Leva begged IKaky Rakonka not to evict Anja, he did not accept, but he gave Leva the choice to follow Anja wherever she went or to stay with him.

Njaka's bag was stolen by a pickpocket, he chased him and eventually caught up with him in a dead-end. He put it in his vehicle after threatening that he would either follow him slowly to the police or call for mob justice. The thief begged him for forgiveness and begged Njaka not to imprison him but to serve him to death.

Leva is back. With his body wounded and tired, and the wounds and bruises left by the blows he suffered. No sooner had he walked through the door than he collapsed onto the rush mat. Tears filled Anja's eyes. Father Rakonka welcomed Leva with sadness and compassion. The administrator of Tangena, the bailiff, and the judge came with him to take money as agreed. But this turned into frustration and anger when the savings he had hidden under the mat were stolen from his home.

Njaka is worried about the disappearance of his daughter Hanitra for two weeks. He wants to believe that his daughter may have followed her lover, but he's not convinced by what his father says. Investigations by the authorities have so far not yielded any results. His father has been visiting Njaka often since his wife's death and especially since the loss of his only child.
