Monday November 29, 2021 - First week of Advent - Come, Lord our God, deliver us. Show us your face and we will be saved - Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 8, 5-11

Synod means "walk together", where bishops representing episcopal conferences from all over the world are summoned by the Pope to discuss and advise him on major questions about the Church. The 16th Synod will take place in 2021-2023. The goal is to produce a common direction that is suitable for our time by following the will of God. Explanation by P. Faliarilala Thierry Pascal.

Sometimes we are excited by the call, sometimes we are lazy or scared, we seek excuses, sometimes, not only by giving up luxury, but also by wanting to follow Jesus. Faced with this, we are skeptical. Catechesis on attentive listening to the call, with Fr. Wagner Randriamampandry.

Pope Francis invites the whole Church to participate in the realization of the Synod of Bishops (2021-2023) on the theme "For a Synodal Church: communion, participation, mission".
