19 December - Pope Urban V was the 200th pope to head the Church from 1362 to 1370. On 10 March 1870, Pope Pius IX signed a decree for his beatification. He was born in 1310 at Grizac Castle. His real name was Guillaume de Grimoard.

Peter was appointed by Jesus Christ as the first leader of the Apostles; his successor, the Pope, has again become the leader of the bishops and all Christians. Therefore, his teachings on faith and conduct are infallible. Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
