Blood pressure can lead to death if it gets too high. For those who do blood pressure tests at home, the numbers that may appear are (13-8), in order not to be mistaken about the test results, it is necessary to have a good rest before using the device . Even if you see these numbers, it is necessary to monitor this blood pressure for 3-4 days before you can tell that a person has hypertension. There are three grades of arterial hypertension: mild hypertension (14-15), moderate hypertension (16-17) and the third is severe hypertension (+18).
