Friday, April 7, 2023 — Good Friday of the Lord's Passion — Christ became obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Because of this, God greatly exalted him and bestowed on him the name which is above every other name — The Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ according to Saint John (Jn 18: 1 — 19: 42)

The Easter tridium begins on Thursday. Three days before his death, Jesus showed many things: On Holy Thursday, he created the Sacrament of the Eucharist and the Sacrament of Holy Orders. Thursday is also a priestly feast that symbolises the institution of the sacrament of ordination. Catechesis on Holy Thursday, in collaboration with Fr Rakotondramanana Soloniaina Jean Emilien.

Love and Salvation

Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
