Many young people want to work abroad, but they say that there is no security in Madagascar, including problems of employment and insecurity such as murders, kidnappings, robberies... The laws and regulations in Madagascar are not respected, and all of them hijack those who are trying to do what is legal. The ability to read the law and receive advice from parents and other competent authorities is an important responsibility.
