What's important between neighbours is unity, mutual love, respect and mutual support. Many young people want to work abroad, but they say that there is no security in Madagascar, including problems of employment and insecurity such as murders, kidnappings, robberies... The laws and regulations in Madagascar are not respected, and all of them hijack those who are trying to do what is legal. The ability to read the law and receive advice from parents and other competent authorities is an important responsibility.
There are a number of rights that an employee should enjoy outside working hours and after work. These include the right to a pension, the right to treatment in the event of illness, the right to assistance in the event of an accident, and assistance during pregnancy and childbirth.
