The soul has three powers: intelligence, memory and the third is the will. Freedom resides in our souls. Freedom and will are important in human life. There are many chaotic homes and many young people who do not control themselves because of the lack of discernment of what "freedom" means. Humans lose their dignity because they seek freedom too much.

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, You who have come in such large numbers to take part in this national pilgrimage, as well as all of you who are following it from home through the media. Christmas is a great joy, because it is the love of God that has come to us, proclaims Fr. Bizimana Innocent, Provincial Superior of the Salesians Don Bosco of Madagascar and Mauritius, presenting his Christmas greetings. Salvation is accomplished, so life is not in danger of disappearing.
